9th September: Six Sea Eagles!

On Monday a group of six White Tailed (Sea) Eagles were seen around the crags above Loch na Cleabhaig, out between Hushinish and Cravadale. There were a pair of adults (identifiable by the distinctive white tail feathers), and the others were juveniles.

White Tailed Eagles are far more sociable than Golden Eagles, and so will group together much more readily, but this was still a pretty special sight!
